As founder and owner of Lilly Immobilien, I am happy to welcome you on my website.
Real estate is as diverse as people — don’t you think? Some properties are straightforward, some are more challenging, and some have “their own quirks.” Ultimately, you have to take them as they are, and in the end—as with everything—it just has to be the right fit.
As a real estate agent, I’d like to help you explore the diversity of the real estate market.
About myself:
I became a real estate agent because I enjoy supporting people with their real estate projects.
Even before I founded Lilly Immobilien, this had been a key focus of my work for nearly 20 years—albeit from a different perspective.
... And always real estate, again and again ...
For about two decades, I worked as a self-employed lawyer in Berlin specializing in real estate law, advising many buyers and sellers on private and commercial real estate projects. After moving to an old farmhouse in Brandenburg, I decided to turn my back on the “hard deadline-driven” job for the future.
While legal advising belongs now to the past for me, the overview of what’s important—or what might become important— naturally still persists, as well as an understanding of the interrelationships and negotiations required for a successful real estate transaction. I’ve been doing this long enough in the end.
In parallel, I acted for several years as the managing director of my own small property management company, so I also know the real estate industry from this—once again, entirely different—perspective.

Today, I would like to put my experience in the real estate sector – and in handling the sale, purchase, letting and tenancy of houses, flats or plots of land, insofar as this is not reserved to other specialists – in my work for you.
As a qualified and still practising mediator, I also have quite some experience in dealing with people, and I am committed to finding amicable solutions that are beneficial to all parties wherever possible.
